| The PADI open water scuba class is available in several different formats. Option 1: Classroom on Mon/Wed for two weeks and finish with open water dives on Sat/Sun Cost.......$175+crew pak Option 2: Classroom on Tues/Thur for two weeks and finish with open water on Sat/Sun Cost.......$175+crew pak Option 3: Classroom on Mon thru Fri for one week and finish with open water on Sat/Sun Cost.......$175+crew pak Option 4: Classroom on Sat/Sun and finish open water dives on a separate Sat/Sun Cost.......$175+crew pak Option 5: Private or semi-private classes. | The PADI open water scuba course is a self-paced course that entertains, yet challenges the participant. It consists of classroom sessions (5 modules), pool sessions (5 pool dives) and open water training dives (4 to be completed over two days). After the training, the successful student will receive the PADI open Water certification. For those 14 and under you will receive the junior open water certification. The certification enables you to rent dive equipment, purchase dive equipment and dive anywhere worldwide! |
| All classes include the use of scuba equipment for pool and open water training. The student must provide mask, fins, snorkel, weight belt and weights. Also, the student must pay their admission to the open water dive site. Open water training is conducted at Athens scuba park or Clear Springs scuba park. |
