| The American Red Cross Lifeguard Training course is a program that provides lifeguards candidates with skills and knowledge necessary to keep patrons of aquatic facilities safe in and around the water. The program includes lifeguard training, aquatic-specific first aid and cpr training. It also offers a choice of modules and courses to enhance the lifeguards skills and knowledge.
